This is a pet and family-friendly chemical that will make the fibers slick and allow the dirt to not embed itself in and harbor. This also allows the fibers to slip past each other freely, which will ensure that the carpet will last for years to come.
Kevin was very professional. He explained things well, did a great job and was a pleasant person to talk to. I give honest reviews because I read other reviews. I give Kevin my highest recommendation. Jerry
They did a great job removing a red wine stain. It took two visits, but the staff was courteous and timely, and cared about achieving the best result.
We’re very pleased with the job they did. We appreciate how they turned out. We’re going to recommend Bluegrass Cleaning to our friends and family. We will also use them in the future. Joan & George Mason
Super-efficient and reasonably priced. They listened to me (very personable) and did exactly what I needed in a timely manner.
What a delightful experience. They texted me at 9:00 to say they were coming between 10:00 and 11:00 They texted me again at 10:00 and said they would be here in 25 minutes. They also sent me a photo of them so I would know them when they arrived. The two people that came into my house were so professional and engaging. They said what they were going to do and then asked me if I had any questions. They did an amazing job on my couch and rugs. My couch and rugs look brand new. AND the smell of whatever soap/shampoo they used is still lingering in my house. Fresh clean smell. Yay.
