Great cleaning job and even made me aware of some mouse droppings that they cleaned up and then disinfected within my couch. They even brought to my attention what appears to be a burn mark on one of the cushions that they tried to get out but just couldn't. No fault of their own of course. I got a large area rug and a standard sofa done and I would recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time that we have had them - this time, because we reupholstered furniture and wanted it protected the right way! In addition to protecting the new upholstery, Kevin shared with us the specifics of how to handle any spills that may occur, AND they are now doing the same excellent job on hardwood floors. Kevin told us which products we should NOT use on our wood floors along with the 'why', and agreed that our floors are not in need (yet) of any attention beyond the usual. Sorry to be so wordy but I never get anything out of 'one word' ratings- I always want the reasoning behind the rating- and now you have it!
