Background: Born in Lexington, KY, Maya’s mom was a Captain in the Air Force, so Maya has lived all over the US and even spent a few years in Germany. No matter where she moved, she always considered Lexington to be her home. Fully supportive of Kevin’s dream to start his own business, Maya decided to use her extensive background in customer service to join him as Director of Bluegrass Company & Hardwood Refinishing Company.
Family Life: Maya is the wife of Kevin Ivers and mother to Zhael, Jathan, Eden, and Haven Ivers.
Pets: Maya shares a 9-year-old Boxer Bull named Leela with her family.
Hobbies: Maya has an English degree and is working towards a Masters in Library and Information Sciences, so she reads any chance she gets. She also loves creating art and making crafts with her kids.
What I like most about my profession: Customer satisfaction is hugely important to me. I love being able to provide exceptional service to our customers and exceed their expectations. It is a great feeling when we can help with a cleaning issue that is particularly difficult. I love a challenge!
