What a delightful experience. They texted me at 9:00 to say they were coming between 10:00 and 11:00 They texted me again at 10:00 and said they would be here in 25 minutes. They also sent me a photo of them so I would know them when they arrived. The two people that came into my house were so professional and engaging. They said what they were going to do and then asked me if I had any questions. They did an amazing job on my couch and rugs. My couch and rugs look brand new. AND the smell of whatever soap/shampoo they used is still lingering in my house. Fresh clean smell. Yay.

They arrived when they said they would and were polite, courteous and concerned that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They taught me about the process they employ to clean the areas that I wanted “refreshed”. I will definitely utilize their services in the future. They even ‘deep’ cleaned the hand scraped laminate!

I’m a repeat customer with them and again they met my expectations! I think one reason is they’re attention to detail as well as not taking advantage of me as a senior citizen.. They advised me what they thought and I totally agreed instead of charging me for more than I needed. Highly recommend for homes in the Andover area. Will call them again!
