This is the second time that we have had them - this time, because we reupholstered furniture and wanted it protected the right way! In addition to protecting the new upholstery, Kevin shared with us the specifics of how to handle any spills that may occur, AND they are now doing the same excellent job on hardwood floors. Kevin told us which products we should NOT use on our wood floors along with the 'why', and agreed that our floors are not in need (yet) of any attention beyond the usual. I spoke with Kevin around June and we talked about when I might want to do my cleaning, and he was very helpful. And then we made an appointment later for July. This is July 22, 2025 and the technicians have just left. I could not be happier. My carpet is nine years old, and has only been professionally cleaned once in that time, Over a year and a half ago. And the other company did not do nearly as good as cleaning. It looks great. It smells great. And they gave me a really good deal for the extra footage and the scotch guard protection. They texted me at 9:00 to say they were coming between 10:00 and 11:00 They texted me again at 10:00 and said they would be here in 25 minutes. They also sent me a photo of them so I would know them when they arrived. The two people that came into my house were so professional and engaging. They said what they were going to do and then asked me if I had any questions. They did an amazing job on my couch and rugs. My couch and rugs look brand new. AND the smell of whatever soap/shampoo they used is still lingering in my house. Fresh clean smell. They even brought to my attention what appears to be a burn mark on one of the cushions that they tried to get out but just couldn't. No fault of their own of course. Kevin told us which products we should NOT use on our wood floors along with the 'why', and agreed that our floors are not in need (yet) of any attention beyond the usual.
