I chose Bluegrass Cleaning because their website mentioned particular experience in removing old pet stains and urine odor. They arrived on schedule, and Kevin took time to explain their process to me and to treat the areas with the old pet stains and urine odor. They did a very good job in cleaning the carpet generally and a good job removing the pet stains and odor in the den. However, three days after service, I noticed several spots in the bedroom where the stains were still quite apparent and I could detect urine odor. This is disappointing.

What a delightful experience. They texted me at 9:00 to say they were coming between 10:00 and 11:00 They texted me again at 10:00 and said they would be here in 25 minutes. They also sent me a photo of them so I would know them when they arrived. The two people that came into my house were so professional and engaging. They said what they were going to do and then asked me if I had any questions. They did an amazing job on my couch and rugs. My couch and rugs look brand new. AND the smell of whatever soap/shampoo they used is still lingering in my house. Fresh clean smell. Yay.

I had an excellent experience with Kevin and Jathan of Bluegrass Carpet Cleaning. They arrived when they said they would and were polite, courteous and concerned that all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. They taught me about the process they employ to clean the areas that I wanted “refreshed”. I will definitely utilize their services in the future. Amazing work!! Their pricing was fair, their expertise on the matter was very obvious, and the efficiency of their work is unmatched! They were able to get me an appointment the day after calling, and seeing the carpet after their work was the difference between night and day. I moved out of an apartment with old 60’s carpeting, so I am being totally honest when I say I was astounded by how nice the end-product was. I also greatly appreciated the simplicity of the process and the consistent communication. If you need your carpeting cleaned, especially for move-out, these are your guys! I wiIl definitely work with them again if I ever need professional carpet cleaning in Lexington!! 👍

The cleansing was great and the workers were very nice and respectful. Only issue was the price for the time it took to do the job. I paid $379 and it only took them 30 mins to clean my carpets. I didn’t do any add ons, I feel $379 for 30 mins is a little steep

Excellent work. Needed wax build up from engineered hardwood flooring striped. It is not easy to find companies that know how to this on wood flooring. But this company does it really well. After trying 2 different cleaning companies, each one leaving the floors looking worse, they Took 1400 sq ft of flooring that looked hazy and dirty and made it look brand new

Bluegrass Cleaning and Hardwood Refinishing was prompt, thorough in their inspection, and fixed the problem with cat urine that had gotten on a few places on my very old hardwood floors. They did great work, were very helpful with advice, and charged a very reasonable amount for their work.

I had purchased a Groupon coupon back in April. I spoke with Kevin around June and we talked about when I might want to do my cleaning, and he was very helpful. And then we made an appointment later for July. This is July 22, 2025 and the technicians have just left. I could not be happier. My carpet is nine years old, and has only been professionally cleaned once in that time, Over a year and a half ago. And the other company did not do nearly as good as cleaning. It looks great. It smells great. And they gave me a really good deal for the extra footage and the scotch guard protection. I would do business with this company again!!

The 2 gentlemen, Kevin & Hunter were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I had them look at our laminateflooring as well and learned a great deal about cleaning and polishing (actually not polishing!) it. Very impressed with Bluegrass in this first experience! Great job!

Great cleaning job and even made me aware of some mouse droppings that they cleaned up and then disinfected within my couch. They even brought to my attention what appears to be a burn mark on one of the cushions that they tried to get out but just couldn't. No fault of their own of course. Bluegrass Company is A #1 +++ in our opinion and neither my husband nor I are relatives, or personal friends. This is the second time that we have had them - this time, because we reupholstered furniture and wanted it protected the right way! In addition to protecting the new upholstery, Kevin shared with us the specifics of how to handle any spills that may occur, AND they are now doing the same excellent job on hardwood floors. Kevin told us which products we should NOT use on our wood floors along with the 'why', and agreed that our floors are not in need (yet) of any attention beyond the usual. Sorry to be so wordy but I never get anything out of 'one word' ratings- I always want the reasoning behind the rating- and now you have it!

We have the original carpet in our home. Needless to say it’s been through a lot! We’ve raised children, had dogs and cats! I was absolutely amazed at how all of the stains came out! I literally watched them disappear as they were cleaning! Their technique is a bit different from other companies we’ve used previously, which they charged more too. The price is very reasonable and I will definitely be recommending Kevin and his team to everyone!!

Bluegrass Cleaning Company was very responsive and punctual with their services. They are very accommodating to their clients schedules. Bluegrass Cleaning Company came to my house on a weekend to provide their free estimate. They explained the process of their carpet cleaning and how best to accommodate when the cleaning was done (turning down the temperature of the home, vacuuming the carpet the next day). Texts were sent out when Bluegrass Cleaning Company was on their way for the service. My husband and I really felt the difference in our carpets! They were very soft and fluffy after the cleaning was completed.

First off Kevin is very personable and friendly, which I feel is important when letting someone in your home. He gave his gratitude to me for being a teacher which was very appreciated. Terrific service today! Very professional and thorough. Removed stains that other's have not been able to remove. The previous smoke smell was gone and no chemical smells left behind. They were very kind and patient with my elderly Mother. I will use them again for sure!

I chose Bluegrass Cleaning based on their excellent reviews on Yelp and I’m glad I did! I got an immediate response to my initial call, Kevin then asked good questions about my upholstery cleaning needs and gave me a fair quote prior to their arrival in my home… Which was the very next day! They even did an awesome job on our basement stairs during their visit – which was added to their “to do” list once they arrived. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient in their service as well as being very personable. My carpet, my chairs, and my stairs are as good as new!!

My mom's dog had a field day with one fairly expensive rug and one cheaper shag rug. Kevin picked up my rugs and returned them about 2 weeks later as good as new-- he even helped me move furniture to put the rugs back where they go! They look and smell fantastic.

Kevin was very very fast to respond to my request for someone to clean my carpets. We got together and I was very impressed with his cleaning processes/products and how well they worked on my old worn out carpets when he showed me how his overall process worked. I did not wind up using Kevin because I actually put brand-new carpet in my house before selling it. We could not be pleased more with Bluegrass Cleaning. Kevin and his company cleaned three rugs for our home. We had neglected them and thought about new ones but we decided to try having them cleaned first. Now we are glad for calling Bluegrass.
