Bluegrass Cleaning and Hardwood Refinishing was prompt, thorough in their inspection, and fixed the problem with cat urine that had gotten on a few places on my very old hardwood floors. They did great work, were very helpful with advice, and charged a very reasonable amount for their work.
Bluegrass Company is A #1 +++ in our opinion and neither my husband nor I are relatives, or personal friends. This is the second time that we have had them - this time, because we reupholstered furniture and wanted it protected the right way! In addition to protecting the new upholstery, Kevin shared with us the specifics of how to handle any spills that may occur, AND they are now doing the same excellent job on hardwood floors. Kevin told us which products we should NOT use on our wood floors along with the 'why', and agreed that our floors are not in need (yet) of any attention beyond the usual. Sorry to be so wordy but I never get anything out of 'one word' ratings- I always want the reasoning behind the rating- and now you have it!
These guys were amazing!!! They were incredibly helpful with aftercare tips and how to make the first 24 hours after cleaning work to my advantage-the owner showed up while the team was working and he too had several different helpful suggestions answering numerous questions I had about the tile and wood floors that also are in the house-they were able to help me develops a plan to encompass each surface and restore the floors - while they were there they cleaned and absolutely brought back to life what I thought was a hopeless runner going up the stairs-well done all around
