We had a wonderful experience with Kevin and Zhael. They were prompt and professional. They walked us through every step and gave us many tips for moving forward and how best to take care of our carpets and upholstery. Kevin also worked with us on the price and gave us a deal so we could get the most for our budget. They were very easy to talk to and very efficient. We will definitely use this service again in the future.
Kevin was very professional. He explained things well, did a great job and was a pleasant person to talk to. I give honest reviews because I read other reviews. I give Kevin my highest recommendation. Jerry
They did a great job removing a red wine stain. It took two visits, but the staff was courteous and timely, and cared about achieving the best result.
We’re very pleased with the job they did. We appreciate how they turned out. We’re going to recommend Bluegrass Cleaning to our friends and family. We will also use them in the future. Joan & George Mason
Super-efficient and reasonably priced. They listened to me (very personable) and did exactly what I needed in a timely manner.
Our 100% Guaranteed Mattress Cleaning Process
We consider visible damage, stains, fading, color instability, wear, and other factors when determining the most appropriate cleaning method for the job at hand.
We remove all dust, hair, and other insoluble particulates using our commercial-grade vacuums. Without proper pre-vacuuming, the dry soils will just turn to a wet muck during the cleaning.
Special stain-removers are worked into spots that may have stained the mattress.
The agitation process helps loosen stains and soil by using mechanical action. This also creates heat by causing friction against the fibers to help loosen tough stains.
Clean bonnets provide dirt absorption or in some cases, we may choose to use a hot steam rinse to draw out loosened stains and soil.
We check to make sure your mattress cleaning meets our rigorous quality standards and repeat any earlier steps if needed before showing you the final results.
