They arrived on schedule, and Kevin took time to explain their process to me and to treat the areas with the old pet stains and urine odor. They did a very good job in cleaning the carpet generally and a good job removing the pet stains and odor in the den. However, three days after service, I noticed several spots in the bedroom where the stains were still quite apparent and I could detect urine odor. This is disappointing. This is July 22, 2025 and the technicians have just left. I could not be happier. My carpet is nine years old, and has only been professionally cleaned once in that time, Over a year and a half ago. And the other company did not do nearly as good as cleaning. It looks great. It smells great. And they gave me a really good deal for the extra footage and the scotch guard protection.
